Situated on the Barnegat Bay in Toms River, New Jersey, this weekend house will serve as the ideal summer getaway. These early-rising clients fell in love with the east facing site and its expansive views. Their desire to constantly open their home up to friends and family, host dinner parties and provide weekend stays for travelers must be accommodated in the new beach house. Finding a balance between modern, open spaces, and blending into the surrounding vernacular is how this home will keep up with two college-aged kids and the client’s hosting nature as well as provide that nostalgic beach house feeling.
